Rendkívül csalódott vagyok a vásárlási élményemmel kapcsolatban. Egy Mackie CR-X4-BT hangszórót rendeltem, amely gyári hibásnak bizonyult: a hangerő felénél halkabb hangokat rendszeresen levágja a hangsávról, különösen, ha egy számon belül hangváltozás történik, így a készülék csak magas hangerőn működik megfelelően. Az ügyfélszolgálat azt állította, hogy ez „gyárilag ilyen”, azonban én más ugyanolyan típusú hangszórókkal is végeztem teszteket, amelyek már alacsony hangerőn is tiszta és folyamatos hangzást biztosítottak. Miután a garancia lejárt, az ügyfélszolgálat sajnálattal közölte, hogy nem tudnak mit tenni az ügyben. I am extremely disappointed with my shopping experience. I ordered a Mackie CR-X4-BT speaker, which turned out to have a factory defect: it regularly cuts off sounds lower than half the volume from the soundtrack, especially when there is a change in sound within a track, so the device only works properly at high volume. Customer service claimed it was "as is" but I have tested with other speakers of the same type which provided clear and continuous sound even at low volumes. After the warranty expired, the customer service regrettably said that there was nothing they could do about it. The situation bothers me terribly, because I'm stuck with a defective product, which I spent 53,000 HUF on, and I can't even sell it, because it's defective from the factory.
