Finish

Finish: Polished

The glossy finish gives any surface an elegant and luxurious look. This type of finish is achieved by applying several layers of lacquer or resin, which are then polished to a high gloss. This provides a smooth, reflective finish, enhancing color and structure of substrate. The glossy finish not only improves aesthetics, but also protects against dust, moisture and minor scratches.

Fretboard

Fretboard: Laurel

Laurel is a medium hard wood with a warm brown tone and fine texture. It provides a well-balanced tone with a softer response, contributing to a comfortable playing experience. The Laurel fingerboard is an affordable alternative to more expensive woods, while offering good stability and a pleasing appearance.

Тype

Тype: Semi-Hollow Body

A semi-acoustic guitar is an electric guitar with a semi-hollow body that combines features of both electric and acoustic guitars. It has an internal cavity that enhances resonance and provides a warmer tone than full-bodied electric guitars, but is less susceptible to feedback than hollow-bodied guitars. Semi-acoustic guitars are popular in jazz, blues, and rock.

Body

Body: Laminated Maple

Laminated maple provides a bright and resonant tone with excellent response and sustain. The layered construction adds strength and stability, reducing susceptibility to cracking or warping. The laminated maple body maintains clear highs and punchy tone, making it ideal for musical styles that require a precise and articulate response.

Neck: Maple

Maple is known for its strength and stability, making it ideal for necks that need to resist bending and warping.

The finish is impeccable, Chinese guitars are no longer synonymous with defects! The body is small Les Paul type and above all very thin therefore light and very comfortable. The neck is also very thin, especially for a Gretsch, a matter of taste and shape but personally I prefer the log of my Brian Setzer 6120. I think we will have to replace the tuners with self-locking ones, Bigsby obliges. The clean sound is pretty good on the first try but I haven't tested several sounds yet. We will see over time how the bigsby and the frets will evolve, but it remains a very good basis.
